IIA has been representing the case of rationalization of Industrial Properties tax since long. In response to the public debate initiated by Nagar Vikas Anubhag on the subject and after studying the Proposed Notification issued by them, we found some vital gaps in it with respect to the rationalization of the property tax. Accordingly, IIA submitted a detailed document comprising objections with reasons and suggestions thereof to the Principal Secretary,Nagar Vikas Anubhag. A brief on it is included in this news letter while the detailed document is available at our website.
Till next month !
