You are aware that in IIA, we started discussions on GST in the month of September and have sent you various communications as well as published articles in IIA News. Finally, Govt of India has come out with a discussion paper which was presented in the Meeting of Finance Ministers of the States on 10th Nov 09. Finance Minister, Govt of India also addressed the State Finance Ministers in the meeting.

You are requested to study and hold discussions on this important issue in respective Chapters and send your comments / suggestions to IIA Corporate Office latest by 20th November 2009 so that we are able to discuss the issue in CEC Meeting scheduled on 24th Nov. 09 at Kanpur.
