Guidance to Improve Profitability for MSME’s

IIA is planning to join hands with renowned Experts  to provide guidance to MSME’s  on very reasonable terms and conditions. The Experts will not charge any consultancy fee and the  MSME will have  to bear Travel, Boarding & Lodging expenses of the experts only. Experts will share 30% of the savings/ profits generated as result of expert’s intervention and rest 70% goes to MSME for initial three years, there after entire profits goes to MSME.

The experts will visit and carry out Technical Audit including SWOT analysis of the enterprise & suggest various means & ways to:-

Improve - Profitability, Productivity & Product quality.
Reduce- Waste & Cost.
Save - Electricity/ Energy.
Enhance – Safety & overall performance.

If agreed, a time/ man bound strategic action plan will be drawn up, a MOU will be signed and necessary action will be initiated.Where ever improvements/ interventions are not measurable like providing Training, building of systems etc. the fee will be nominal which will be discussed and decided mutually.

IIA members willing to avail of the above guidance may fill up a simple  form available at IIA website  www.iiaonline.in and return it to IIA Head office through respective chapters.
