The Glass Toys Cooperative has formed by the intervention of Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) as a part of Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development (STED) Scheme under the aegis of National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. The cooperative is involved in manufacturing and supply of glass based products like hanging chandeliers, toys, candle-stands, crosses, Christmas trees, different fruits, mini-trees, images of birds, animals, personalities, Gods and Goddesses drinking glasses, beer glasses, wine glasses, dinner sets consisting of bowls, plates, lemon-sets, pudding sets, etc.
